To be honest, i have discovered this hostel years ago and i keep on going back every now and then. If you want to visit Amsterdam but you are low on budget but want to be close to the center of this amazing city and you don't mind sharing your room, then this is it. You have everything you need in the close vicinity, walking distance to supermarkt, coffe shops, pizza, sushi and tram conections from 1 min away to 7 mins away. If you carry with you large luggage then you will struggle on the stairs as there is no elevator. You have a small kitchenette like that you can use untill max 22 or so, i have never used it tho hahahh. I mean, for a low budget kind of trip, this place is what you need. I don.t say stop looking further, you can find better , ofcourse, but as well you can find much much worse. Downside of the place is that.. if you order food or simply buy it from the shop, you have nowhere to eat, toilets are XS , hahahh, i struggled and i.m XXS :)) ohh, and for the shower, ofcourse, bring slippers. Enjoy your time in Amsterdam and do not loose your acces card!! 😉

Nevers come to this bad hostel ! Our key car to open Our door room doesn’t work Our windows was locked impossible to open it. Its Impossible to take a normal shower only cold shower.. WTF is this ??! That was too bad !

Unhelpful and unavailable staff, dirty, noisy. Keycards often didn’t work, which was frustrating, worrying and dangerous. I will never visit and hope to never even see this place from across the road because it evokes such bad memories. Globally the worst place I have and ever will stay in.

I’ve stayed in a 6 dorm female room, everything was really clean in the rooms. The staff were amazing from reception, door man and domestic cleaners all of them really welcome and always willing to help .

I booked this hostel private room at £57 a night and got ripped off Expedia had to give me a £50 voucher for the photos on their website that were untrue and stock photos taken from websites to promote this disgusting hovel Kitchen, just a sink behind the receptionist and a microwave and not many plates bowl and a broken electric kettle Third floor room 303 where I stayed, external shower was in fact a toilet and sink . Grubby carpets throughout the property and excessive noise . In room 303 on the third floor broken television, another sink and electrical sockets wired to the lighting system which is dangerous Turn off the lights there was no power to charge mobile phones or power laptops . In short this hostel uses false photos from other websites and is best avoided
